Registration takes place in the Ferns community centre on the morning of the race from 10am - anyone who entered online can pick up their number here and there will be also be on the day entry here too. The community centre is located on the right at the top of Ferns main street, and is approximately 200m from the race start and finish areas.

Apart from a high quality race over an AAI-certified 13.1 miles, entrants to the half marathon will receive the following:
Race number.
High quality commemorative technical tee-shirt (to the first 200 registered runners).
If you'd like to avail of a complimentary pre-race or post-race rub these will be provided in the registration area of Ferns community centre thanks to physical therapists Mick Redmond from Gorey and Carol Redmond from Oulart.
Plentiful supply of post-race refreshments in ''The Couryard''.

There will be three water stations along the route apart from a plentiful supply of water at the finish line too. The first two water stations will be dispensing 250ml bottles of water, while the third water station will dispense cups of water. At the finish line, competitors can avail of 500ml bottles of water.
There will also be bananas at the finish line.
Refreshments for athletes and supporters will be served in the function of ''The Courtyard'' public house and restaurant, which is located about 100m from race registration.

Prizegiving will also take place in ''The Courtyard'' and will begin at 3pm.
The prize categories are as follows:
First six senior men.
First six senior ladies.
First mens team (four to score).
First ladies team (four to score).
First over-40 man and woman.
First over-50 man and woman.

All prizes will be in the form of cash.

The course is AAI officially measured in miles, so each mile will be marked. The course is left-handed throughout, with basically only two left-hand turns (at Strahart and coming out onto the main road at Scarawalsh) and will be well-stewarded on the day.
